UK's young reoffenders:At the start of this documentary we see a Union Jack flag that is ripped and destroyed which represents the people the documentary is presenting. This shows the viewers where the people have been brought up and their background. The language that it used in the documentary isn't censored which means it'll be aired after 9 pm so that young children aren't awake to listen to the language used. At the beginning of the documentary it shows a group of males standing and talking to each other, it then shows interviews of them individually and their own personal story and how they ended up in prison and how it has impacted them now. There is also subtitles used so that the viewers can understand what they are saying as they use slang terms which some viewers may not understand. The individual interviews shows us that most of them have dogs which shows us that even though they've been in gangs and prison they still have a sift heart for animals and take care of them. The images used shows us that the camera's are not on tripods and that they are used free handed which makes it look and feel more real rather than it be staged using a tripod.

I don't think there are enough factual programmes on UK TV that represent the British youth as it really is, I feel that the British youth is presented in a way that benefits the public but i doesn't present how the British Youth really is in this generation. I feel that we aren't represented fairly. I think that topics such as how social media and phones in general help everyone and how they aren't bad for the newer generations. I think the audience that should see this people aged 26-40 as I feel that this age range thinks that generations now are addicted to social media and phones. I think this should be aired on BBC ONE as I feel that's a platform for the British youth to be represented fairly. I think someone with experience Research Methods:
