Idea 1: Brief: There are two people that are walking their dog and when the dogs leash slips out of the owners hands they chase him into an forest and can't remember how they ended up there and try and figure out how to find their way back when meet some interesting people on their way asking them if they have seen her dog. They end up splitting up to try and find the dog, loosing each other in the forest trying to find each other and their dog where their dog has found something which they can't figure out whether its human or not. Characters: Lancy- girl that gets lost in forest Drew- boy that gets lost in forest Freya- interesting person they meet on their way to see if they have seen their dog Andrew- interesting person they meet on their way to see if they have seen their dog
Location: Forest- lots of tall trees, dark and mysterious with barely any light coming in. With no sense of how to find your way out.
Narrative: The drama will be an open narrative, being told from the narrators (Drew) point of view and will have a start, middle and an end. At the start the narrator will be talking about what happened briefly, then what happened from the start to the end will begin to be told.
Exposition: The drama will open by the narrator talking briefly about what has happened, when the second character (Lancy) is introduced and the story is beginning to be told to the audience. Lancy accidentally lets go of the dogs leach and they run after the dog but the loose her in the forest.
Conflict: Lancy and Drew try to find their dog when they meet some interesting people, they end up splitting up to look for their dog and end up loosing each other in the forest. Lancy thinks someone is following her. When they finally find their dog, she has found a body but they are not sure whether it's human or not.
Resolution: When they realise that the body isn't human they also realise that the two people they met before are they ones that killed the alien and run after them. They catch them and the police take them away.
Idea 2: Brief: A girl who was madly in love with her boyfriend, they have arguments which causes her to break, every argument breaks her more and more. Until they break up which leaves her broken. A guy that has been in love with her since he first met but never had the courage to tell her how he felt as well as the fact that she had a boyfriend. After finding out that she has broken up with her boyfriend, he finally builds the courage to tell her how he feels but notices that she is very broken from her ex. Which is why she finds it very hard to trust him as she is afraid of braking even more. They start talking which causes her to become whole again and not be broken anymore. Characters: Laura- girl who is broken Tommy- ex boyfriend who breaks her Robert- boy who is on love with Laura and helps put her back together.
Locations: School, they meet in the halls, have arguments around school where everyone sees him shouting at her and her crying. Isolated house where she lives with her mum who is a single parent.
Narrative: The drama will be an open narrative, being told from the narrators (Roberts) point of view and will have a start, middle and an end. A brief description is given of how Tommy and Laura met, and how their relationship was at first.
Exposition: The drama will start to tell the audience how every single argument they have breaks a bit of her day by day which no one can see but Robert as he's been in love with her since he first laid eyes on her.
Conflict: It comes to the point where they are arguing everyday and she is crying, leaving her eyes swollen and her broken and literally about to faze out as she is so broken. When Tommy is caught cheating on Laura with another girl and he comes to her house to end things with her. Seeing he on the verge of fazing out Robert finally builds up the courage to tell her how he feels. After everything that's happen she finds it very hard to trust anyone.
Resolution: Robert helps put her back together, leading to her being able to trust him more and more and them ending up together and being happier then she ever was with Tommy.
